What is YEIDA Plot Scheme

This affordable cost makes it possible for lower middle class families to build homes near the airport. The program will be launched next month after the model code of conduct notification is lifted.
In addition to the 6,000 small plots, there will be about 500 larger plots available for residential use, ranging from 200 to 4000 square meters. These larger plots will be priced at around ₹24,000 per square meter.

- Each applicant can only submit one plot application.
- The applicant must not have received a plot or unit from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) previously.

While Sectors 17A, 26A, and 26B have been fully developed by YEIDA, several projects are still in progress across the city:

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 Application Process
- Applications for the YEIDA Plot Scheme must be submitted online through the Yamuna Authority’s website.
- The application form is available on the website for Rs 500 plus 18% GST, payable via net banking or the payment gateway.
- Submission Requirements-
- The completed and signed application form.
- Required registration funds.
- All necessary annexes.
- All documents must be submitted online between the opening and closing dates of the scheme.
- Applications will be denied if they are incomplete, have blank spaces, lack a photo, have incorrect or incomplete addresses, are missing signatures or thumb impressions, or contain inaccurate information.
